> Send feedback, report bugs, share spiritual wins, or request features — the GodFocus team reads every message.

# Help & Feedback

Your voice matters. The Feedback page lets you send a message directly to the GodFocus team — whether you found a bug, have a feature idea, experienced a spiritual win, or just want to say hello.

## How to Get There

Open the navigation menu and tap **Help & Feedback**, or go to your Profile page and tap **Help & Feedback** from the quick links.

## Sending Feedback

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose a category">
    Pick the type of feedback you are sending. There are four categories:

    * **Bug** — Something is broken or not working as expected.
    * **Feature** — You have an idea for a new feature or improvement.
    * **Win!** — You want to share a spiritual win or encouragement with the team.
    * **Other** — Anything else that does not fit the categories above.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write your message">
    Type your message in the text box. Be as detailed as you like — the more context you provide, the better the team can help.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Attach a screenshot (optional)">
    If a picture would help explain the issue, tap **Attach Screenshot** to add an image. GodFocus accepts PNG or JPG files up to 5 MB.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap Send to Team">
    When you are ready, tap the **Send to Team** button. Your feedback is submitted along with basic device information so the team can reproduce any issues.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What Happens Next

After you submit, you will see a confirmation message: *"Your feedback has been sent to the team."* The GodFocus team reviews every piece of feedback and uses it to improve the app.

<Tip>
  Submitting feedback as a Flamekeeper supporter is one of the steps toward receiving lifetime access. If you have made a one-time gift, be sure to send feedback so the team knows you are part of the community.
</Tip>

## Tips for Great Feedback

* **For bugs:** Describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Steps to reproduce the issue are very helpful.
* **For feature requests:** Explain the problem you are trying to solve, not just the solution you imagine. This helps the team find the best approach.
* **For spiritual wins:** Share freely! The team loves hearing how God is working through the app.
