> How to sign up for GodFocus using email, Google, magic link, or Solana wallet.

# Creating Your Account

Getting started with GodFocus takes less than a minute. You have four ways to create your account.

## Sign-Up Options

## Step-by-Step: Email & Password

    Go to [app.godfocus.io](https://app.godfocus.io) in your browser or open the Android app.

  <Step title="Switch to the Sign Up tab">
    On the welcome screen, switch to the **Sign Up** tab.

    Enter your first name, email address, and create a password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify your email">
    Check your inbox for a confirmation email from GodFocus. Tap the link to verify your account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete onboarding">
    After signing in for the first time, you will walk through a short onboarding flow to personalize your experience.

## Step-by-Step: Magic Link

    Go to [app.godfocus.io](https://app.godfocus.io).

  <Step title="Tap Magic Link">
    On the sign-in screen, tap **Sign in with Magic Link**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your email">
    Type the email address associated with your account (or the one you want to sign up with).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your inbox">
    You will receive an email with a sign-in link. Tap the link to be signed in automatically.
  </Step>

<Note>
  Magic links expire after 15 minutes. If your link has expired, simply request a new one.
</Note>

## What Happens During Onboarding

Onboarding has three quick steps:

1. **What brings you here?** Choose your focus: Daily Prayer, Bible Study, Silence & Stillness, or All of the Above.
2. **What's on your heart?** Pick a topic like anxiety, strength, direction, or gratitude. GodFocus will give you a personalized verse to start with.
3. **Set a daily reminder.** Choose a time and GodFocus will send you a gentle nudge each day to spend time with God.

  You can change any of these choices later in Settings. The onboarding just gives you a great starting point.

## Already Have an Account?

Switch to the **Sign In** tab on the welcome screen. Enter your email and password, tap **Continue with Google**, or use a **Magic Link**.
