Solana Wallet

GodFocus lets you connect a Solana wallet so your achievement badges can live permanently on the blockchain. This is completely optional — GodFocus works fully without a wallet. Think of it as an extra layer of “this is really mine” for your spiritual milestones.

What Does Connecting a Wallet Do?

When you connect a Solana wallet, your GodFocus achievement badges can be minted as compressed NFTs (cNFTs) on the Solana blockchain. In simple terms, this means:
  • Your badges get a permanent, verifiable record that nobody can take away
  • They live in your wallet, not just inside the app
  • You truly own your achievements — they are yours forever
What it does NOT do:
  • It does NOT cost you any money
  • It does NOT send any cryptocurrency
  • It does NOT give GodFocus access to your funds
  • It does NOT require you to buy anything
If the words “blockchain” and “NFT” sound confusing, do not worry. You do not need to understand the technology to use it. Connecting a wallet is like putting a gold star sticker in your own personal sticker book — except this sticker book lives on the internet forever.

How to Connect Your Wallet

Get a Solana wallet (if you do not have one)

If you do not have a Solana wallet yet, download a free wallet app like Phantom or Solflare. Follow their setup instructions to create a wallet. It only takes a minute.

Go to Settings

In GodFocus, open the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines in the top-left corner) and tap Daily Reminders to go to your Settings page. Scroll down to find the Solana Wallet section.

Tap 'Connect Wallet'

Tap the Connect Wallet button. Your wallet app will open and ask you to approve the connection.

Sign the verification message

Your wallet will show a message to sign. This is the Sign-In with Solana (SIWS) flow — it simply proves that you own this wallet. It is NOT a transaction, and it costs nothing.

You are connected!

Your wallet address will now appear in the Settings page. Going forward, any badges you earn will be minted to your wallet.

How It Relates to Badges

Once your wallet is connected:
  • New badges you earn going forward will be minted as cNFTs to your wallet automatically
  • Previously earned badges may also be minted
  • On your Profile page, badges with an On-chain label have been successfully minted to your wallet
  • GodFocus covers all minting costs — you never pay a thing
You keep your badges even without a wallet. Connecting a wallet just gives them an extra permanent home on the blockchain. All badges still appear in the app regardless.

What Is a Solana Wallet? (For Beginners)

A Solana wallet is like a digital keychain. It holds your identity on the Solana blockchain (a fast, affordable network for digital collectibles). Popular wallet apps include:
  • Phantom — The most popular Solana wallet, available on phones and browsers
  • Solflare — Another great option with a clean design
  • Solana Seeker — If you have a Solana Seeker phone, the wallet is built right in
Creating a wallet is free. You do not need to add any money to it for GodFocus.

Disconnecting Your Wallet

You can disconnect your wallet anytime from the Settings page. If you disconnect:
  • Badges already minted to your wallet stay there — they are yours permanently
  • Future badges will still appear in the app, just without on-chain minting
  • You can reconnect anytime
If you are on a Solana Seeker device, the wallet integration is especially smooth since the wallet is built right into the phone. No extra app needed!
